We are certified for Sustainable Travel (GSTC) by Control Union, and have been certified since 2018.
To be certified by a third party auditor includes the following themes: effective sustainability planning, maximizing social and economic benefits for the local community, enhancing cultural heritage, and reducing negative impacts to the environment.
We are also supporter and member of the Finnish Association for Nature Conservation. The Finnish Association for Nature Conservation (FANC) is the largest non-governmental organization for environmental protection and nature conservation in Finland with a mission to protect the Finnish natural environment, promote nature conservation, preserve cultural heritage and spark up active citizenship and strong environmental awareness.
